Reading pages on this site does not require an account, and the site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard connection information needed to serve pages.

Asking a question

When the online inquiry form is open and you send a question, we store: your name, your email address, the pathway you asked about, and your message. We use these only to reply to you. We do not request a phone number, attachments or details about your child. Please do not include information about your child or other sensitive details in your message — we do not need them to reply. Anything you do write in the message is stored with it until the record is deleted.

To limit abuse of the form, we keep a one-way hash of a connection identifier provided by our hosting platform. We do not store your IP address.

When a question arrives, the team receives an email containing only a reference number and the pathway — not your name, email or message. Those stay in the inquiry system.

If the online form is not open, the site shows an email address instead. Email you send us is handled in our mailbox under the same purpose: replying to you.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are deleted 90 days after the last activity on them. Abuse-limit counters expire automatically within days.

Service providers

Inquiry records are stored in a database hosted for this site only, and the reference-only notification email is sent through an email delivery provider. Neither is used for anything else.
